That cozy little place had me feelin' at home. The staff treated us like family, and bless their hearts, they even gave us hot chocolate on arrival! My room was snug and warm, perfect for the cold nights here. Just wish there'd been a fridge for cold drinks.

The location was excellent, just 5 min walk from a historic quarter. There was an excellent restaurant at a moderate distance from the hotel. I had compact, new-fashioned room complete with a very cute balcony, bathroom, half a roll of toilet paper

The hotel is centrally located near many fantastic restaurants and attractions, making it easy to explore Strasbourg on foot.
The air conditioning in the room did not function well, leaving the air feeling too dry .

Possibly the best and awesome stay on a business trip. Tidy, compact unit with good shower, and nice staff. Marvellous location and close to a train station. Walking distance to a market and a grocery shop across the street

A vibrant escape in Strasbourg
The ambiance of the hotel was refreshing. Breakfast was good with a hearty spread, and the staff were generally friendly and helpful.
Although the hotel had its charm, I found the room storage lacking, and the lack of a fridge was a bit inconvenient. Navigating to the room involved a few steps that could be tiring for some guests.

The hotel is located just a couple of meters away from Petite France and the rest of the historic center of Strasbourg. Moreover, we stayed on the quiet side of the building away from the main street so the quality of sleep was excellent. I also appreciate that the hotel offers a garage - searching for a parking spot in this part of Strasbourg would take a while.
The shower was a bit too small for my taste.

Convenient to train station and Petite France area. Woman at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Nice courtyard. Comfortable room. Price was good.
This particular block was a little seedy and there were drunken men on the street.

Friendly staff
The breakfast could be better - muesli and not just cornflakes; a better selection of fresh fruit - coffee was great

We had a room overlooking the terrace. It was comfortable, quiet, and the hotel is convenient for walking to most things. The room was small but clean, and we thought it served our purposes well - a fine place to get a good night's sleep - especially for the price.
The street that the hotel is on is not the nicest street in town, but it's close to the train station and you can easily walk or take the tram to some of the more popular areas.

Proximity to train station and historic district. Staff spoke English.
Street-facing room was extremely hot and noisy. Trams running below and loud people on street made it impossible to sleep. Bathroom was inadequate and dirty. Sink sprayed water over everything. No ventilation (a fan would have been nice). One window would not open. Breakfast wasn't worth €8.
